So far so good! Recently acquired my first Flex model; more on the way. Decent build and I'm hoping they will stand up to the wear and tear of travel. Kudos to the BAGTAG Service team who are fast and very helpful. I will update my review with use. Hoping to find myself sticking by my initial 5-star rating. The time saved from queuing adds up over the course of the year, so worth it it for frquent travelers. The list of airlines has grown and hope this continues.

Wouldn't buy it again. In the past it worked better now everything is in a app which feels not done. Out if 12 flights in the last month I could use my bagtag once, even all flights were supported airlines. Most time the app gave errors or just don't display my flights incorrectly. Bad experience and to much Hassel everytime.

Poor experience unable to proceed after connecting to Bluetooth. Got stuck at the connecting page until the etag screen on my rimowa decide to go to sleep and phone still on the connecting page
