I have problems with the android app version. When I scan my barcode, it never picks it up so when I enter the barcode manually, I get an error claiming that the receipt has already been submitted previously and I'm positive the barcode didn't grab it because it keeps moving up and down horizontally trying to scan and pick it up. So bottom line, I lose out on reward points.

The app is cool. I miss the punch cards but I'm old school. Lol. I miss getting the buy one get one free coupons that they used to give out. O used to get them all the time but haven't got any sense you switched to the app. I love you guys anyways and I don't think there is anything that would make me stop getting my large banana snow. Thank you

Love this app, since I am very loyal customer. I have gotten multiple free treats of ANY size I want. The only downside is you must have a receipt in order to claim points instead of entering in your debit card or something for points to be given automatically. Zero ads in application and they offer special deals that aren't available anywhere else, plus you can order ahead. The only problem is ordering via app only allows for 2 flavors per sno to be entered which for me is almost impossible.
