Bahama Eats Merchant is the official app for restaurant and merchant partners on the Bahama Eats platform. Manage incoming orders, update statuses, and keep your kitchen in sync—all from your phone or tablet.

► MANAGE ORDERS IN ONE PLACE
View all orders at a glance with clear tabs: Pending, Ongoing, Completed, and Cancelled. Switch between Delivery and Pickup to focus on the orders that matter. See order counts per status and tap any order for full details.

► ACT FAST ON NEW ORDERS
Get instant alerts when a new order arrives. The app notifies you with a sound and an on-screen dialog so you can accept or reject quickly. Notifications work even when the app is in the background, so you never miss an order.

► UPDATE STATUS EASILY
Accept or reject orders with one tap. For accepted orders, set preparation time, move them to In Progress or Ready for Pickup, and mark them Completed. If you need to cancel, add a reason so the customer and platform stay informed.

► FULL ORDER DETAILS
Open any order to see the complete breakdown: items, add-ons, quantities, prices, delivery or pickup info, customer details, fees, tax, and totals. Everything you need to prepare and fulfill the order is in one screen.

► PRINT RECEIPTS
Print order receipts directly from the app. Receipts can be sent to your connected printer when you accept an order or anytime from the order details screen, so your kitchen and records stay in sync.

► SEARCH & FILTER
Search by order number to find a specific order. Use the filter on Ongoing orders to narrow by status. Designed for busy shifts when you need to locate orders fast.

► DARK MODE
Switch to dark mode in settings for a comfortable view in low light or at night.

► SECURE LOGIN
Sign in with your Bahama Eats merchant account. Forgot password? Use the in-app link to reset it. Your session is kept secure so you can focus on running your business.
