Terrible app. Everything you do is glitchy. Instructions are unclear. Functions do not work. The only way I was able to do anything was by going on Reddit & asking for workarounds. Had to call the hotel for other info. Terrible app, especially when you've paid thousands of dollars for a hotel stay & can't even make restaurant reservations (which are available only thru the app or once you arrive, by which time the bookings are all gone). No reason for such a bad app in this day & age.

The app works well for the map. I like how you can pick entertainment areas, or restaurants, etc to narrow down what you are looking for. Although some of the items listed are not where they actually are. There are modifications that need to be done. You can also book your a la carte choices, And view your reservations. Overall well done!

The app used to be seamless and offered alot of services at the click of a button, including housekeeping and bookings. Since the update and Hotel change of hands, it has been useless. let's you complete forms then comes up with Error. Please put it back the way it was!
