How long does it take for one to upgrade an account. other banks run a 24hr upgrade, it's more than 42hrs yet my account has not been upgraded. Is it a crime for me to deposit my hard earned money with you? I can't withdraw even the smallest amount of money. If my account is not upgraded as soon as possible I'll report this .

I haven't been able to withdraw my money from the Baige wallet app for over a week now. That 8k is very important to me. I have reached out to their customer service, but no reasonable response. I have sent an email to them, no response as well. Your customer service is as poor as your app. How will your customer care line be switched off? If I couldn't withdraw my money before the end of this week, you people will see yourself on the blog.

I have been trying to login to my account and all I keep getting is an error message and a direction to contact support. Multiple messages dropped and no response gotten from the so called response. also sent an email and it was ignored. Terrible customer service on this app. would 100 percent not recommend for anybody wanting to save or invest their money with peace of mind. Wish I could score this a Zero on this app.
