Nexsphere is BaikalSphere's mobile HR workspace, giving employees and managers secure access to core HR functions from their phone.

This app is for employees of organizations using BaikalSphere HR. Sign in with your organization's SSO account — no separate mobile password required.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Attendance & Leave — check in/out, apply for leave, and track balances and approvals, including geo-fenced attendance where enabled
- Payroll — view payslips and compensation details
- Performance — track appraisals and performance review cycles
- Expenses & Travel — submit expense claims and travel requests with receipt attachments, and approve team submissions
- Approvals — review and act on pending requests from your phone
- Employee Directory — look up colleagues, org structure, and contact details
- My Letters — view and respond to HR letters and communications
- Notifications — stay on top of approvals, reminders, and HR updates
- Support — raise and track HR support tickets

BUILT FOR YOUR ROLE
Nexsphere adapts to who you are. Employees, managers, and HR each see the dashboard and actions relevant to them, with organization and department scoping handled automatically.

SECURITY
Sign-in is handled entirely through your organization's SSO. No passwords are stored on your device, and session tokens are kept in your device's secure hardware storage (Keychain/Keystore), cleared automatically on sign-out.
