bail hotline is the best bail bond ever, but the app did not work for me. it wouldn't let me create account, I'd fill in the info, hit the button to continue, back to the beginning we go, over and over. so, needs fixing but the bail bond is perfect! even if app don't work, look them up online and give them a call! %100% awesome!

Garbage app. Call and some non english with a heavy accent voice people pick up the call only. Talk to 2 different person and one person is saying differently than the other one when I ask them the same question. App is garbage and their Customer Service is garbage too. Today I'm trying to pay and the app just keep force closing on me.

Trash app they should get sued if they revoke bonds because you can't call in or get access to app to make sure you check in. Been trying all day and it's Thanksgiving, so nobody is available on the phone to call it in and it keeps crashing there is no update and uninstall and reinstall doesn't work. There should be more outrage over this as this deals with people's lives and could cost them their freedom for a screw up on their side.
