Baking Mate is a tool for managing ingredient costs and expenses for local bakery owners.

■ Check daily where the same ingredients are cheaper

We gather prices from specialized baking malls like B&C Market, Baking Mon, and Baking Mom, as well as Coupang, and display them side-by-side by ingredient.

Even if the volume differs, we compare prices based on the unit price per gram, so you can immediately see which is cheaper and navigate directly to the product page.

For agricultural products, we also check market prices using public data (Agricultural Product Distribution Information).

■ Upload a photo to get recipes and costs

Take a picture of a recipe written on paper with your camera, or upload your existing Excel or PDF files.

The AI ​​reads even your handwritten notes to transfer the ingredients and quantities.

Once registration is complete, the cost per item and cost percentage are displayed on the spot, and thereafter, the calculations are recalculated based on the ingredient prices that are updated daily.

There is no need to copy things down by hand or use a calculator.

■ Notifies You When Ingredient Prices Fluctuation

We show you at a glance how your cost changes when the prices of the ingredients you use fluctuate.

We even identify which ingredients caused the change, and we provide a morning briefing to share the day's changes.

■ Leftovers are Calculated as Losses

Simply enter the number of remaining loaves at closing time, and the day's loss is calculated based on the cost.

You can view trends from the past 7 days and the current month, providing a basis for deciding how much to bake tomorrow.

■ Nutritional Values ​​Also Included

For ingredients with data from the Rural Development Administration's National Standard Food Composition, nutritional values ​​are also calculated.

Ingredients without data yet are excluded from the calculation, and we display exactly which ingredients were omitted on the screen.

You can choose from Kakao, Naver, or Email.

The same store will open even if you change devices or reinstall the app.

■ Share with Staff

If you share the invitation code, your staff will also view the same recipes. Cost and selling prices are visible only to the owner.
