Baladi Map is a free, independent civic platform for Lebanon.
DISCLAIMER: Baladi Map does not represent any government entity. It is an independent, non-partisan community platform, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Lebanese government, any ministry, or any municipality. All reports and statuses are submitted by citizens and reviewed by our own moderators; they are not official government information.
If your municipality is responsible for something and hasn't dealt with it (a pothole, a broken streetlight, uncollected waste, a blocked pavement, a water leak), put it on the map.
• Report in under a minute, with or without an account
• Add an optional photo; faces and license plates are automatically blurred before anything goes public
• Location is optional: use GPS or just place the pin by hand
• Every report is reviewed by moderators before it appears publicly
• Follow issues, confirm "I'm affected too", and watch the status move from Submitted to Fixed
• A public scoreboard tracks which issues get marked as fixed in each municipality
• Full Arabic, English and French, including right-to-left support
• Sign in with Apple, Google, or a simple email code
