Lame and useless. The idea looks good on paper, but it's actually very inconvenient. Why would I want to book a turn before getting there? That means that more people will just lose their turn if they don't get there on time. Why not have both and leave a choice for the customers. And seriously, all people from all backgrounds depend on banks, but not all have smart phones and Internet access 24/7 What if I am running an errand and my phone battery dies. This isn't well thought through.

Hi Sara,
Thank you for sharing your opinion, it matters to us so we can improve our services. However, Balador is to save your time spent waiting in lines by booking in advance, but still have the option to book upon arrival and no need for internet. Also you can use the "Re-book" feature if you miss your turn. We appreciate your reconsideration.

The reservation method was mandatory through the Application with no other option and the employee representing Balador (App) that should help customers sign up for a new account and download the App, Has asked for my phone number and store it on her personal phone without using it on the app registration. Also calling on my turn was only through audio speakers and counter number ,where if someone miss a beat the visuiual system was not intigrated with no signage turned on above each counter.

No need to download the app while there's no government services in it , even for private company like banks it is a little bit of them, no telecom companies in it at all , the service is useless , forcing people to install the app and wasting time and capacity and internet , not accurate time for the tickets, the employee takes your phone number and store it in his personal phone without needing to register it on the app is really weird and collecting a very personal data like that ,0 stars
