As a shopper my number one issue is when I overpay for anything or when my mental total doesn't match the total at check-out. This app will allow the user to first create a shopping budget so they stay within their comfort of spending zone. Next, the user will have the ability to capture the cost of items based on scanning bar codes and manually entering the listed price. Items that are placed in the cart will deduct from the shopping budget and create spending guardrails. Through the shopping community items will be captured and the hopes are that it becomes a tool to empower the shopper and insure they are aware of their buying power. Lastly, you will have the ability to identify your spending wins and then be provided with charities where you may opt to sew your seeds of savings.
