Ratings and reviews

Once the app decides to get you to the login screen, you enter your credentials and Log In. It just circles for a bit and stops leaving you on the Welcome screen not able to access your devices. The app used to work. When it does, it's great, but definitely not reliable. Glad I haven't invested too much into this product. Buyer beware!

Not everything works for this app, there are 2 versions and then there is the Tuya app, such as the 2nd gen black sensor with no lcd screen. Some sensors work with Tuya, but those won't work with Alexa/amazon. The devices that did work with the hubs here did show up in Alexa. I don't understand why they list devices that won't connect with this app. The original white with LCD and the white 3 in 1 both work with the hub and app. That's all I've used so far.

I purchased the rain point system about a month to 2 months ago. All of a sudden today the app does not work and I cannot access my devices to control them via the app. Luckily, I set up voice control so I am able to activate the valves that way. I'm very disappointed because this system worked so well when the app was working. Hopefully the company will issue a fix soon.
