I had an issue with my crypto not showing up after purchasing through this app. I used the email address for support and got an immediate and continued response until the issue was resolved. It turned out to be a misunderstanding on my part how the wallets in the app work. I'm very happy with the support I received and was grateful not to lose the purchase I made.

This app provides a secure and easy way to receive and send coins from the new Ballet Wallet. The security model is different than other wallets because the private key is 100% offline. It lets you create, sign, and broadcast transactions without ever needing to save the private key on your mobile device. It also supports multiple cryptocurrencies and tokens, which you can store together on a single wallet. No registration or personal information is required, so it's good for privacy too.

This is not a reliable cold wallet. The purpose of cold storage is to protect assets from hackers and other threats. However, this wallet/card is poorly designed,you need to scratch off the card number or PIN to complete transactions. Once scratched, the information is permanently exposed. If I had known about this flaw, I would never have wasted my money on it. Only a select few electronic wallets with military-grade encryption are worth purchasing. Save your money, do thorough research first.
