Ballplayer is a scorekeeping app designed to stay with you from the little leagues to the big leagues. Share your stats with your friends and family. Every hit, every catch, every walk, every stolen base. Ballplayer is the social app for baseball enthusiasts to share and compare stats during their game, featuring messaging and activity feeds.

Ratings and reviews

unusable. our tournament in being run with this app but it's not ready. message notifications are displayed but cut off with no way to read the entire message. standings are also unreadable. team names are shortened and can't be expanded, making it look like 4 teams all have the same name. no way to join our team without being invited. didn't even bother to try and score a game

I've created a player profile and found teams to follow. I've also practiced scorekeeping. Some plays take longer to record than using a paper book, but it's also very easy to understand how to record basic plays. A few things aren't intuitive, but as soon as you know how to do them, they're simple to remember. (Example: For a wild pitch or passed ball, you click the pitcher's name to get the options.) I'm sure I'll get faster at this with practice, because there's nothing clunky about it

Buggy. Very very buggy. Hitting the top left menu button pulls the shelf out for options but it the sticks and covers up the options you are supposed to be able to select. Then the app just stops and crashes. Adding a profile picture doesn't work. It can be great but it was rushed for whatever reason.
