Buggy game experience with games restarting randomly. support queue is always 35-45 minutes of wait time if it's even available to speak to a live agent. limited game selection and WORST OF ALL its near impossible to withdraw money after you win. my withdrawals keep getting cancelled without any reason why with an email saying "don't worry, your balance is credited back to your account". there is only one way to withdraw too, so I am stuck with no solution to get a couple thousand dollars out.

well it was a 5 till I cashed out now I have a error message saying my account is under review and it's the bonus picks it won't let me participate in this is so unfair I tried to speak to somebody and it let me talk to the virtual assistant up until customer support got on when I tried to respond to the message it says that my messages aren't able to go through to retry and nothing this is unfair I really need help!!!

I verified my info a while back and they claim that I never did it I got Locked out of my account and they refused to allow me back in customer service is no help they claim I never verified but when I put my info in to talk to them they said thanks for verifying your account so how does that make any sense they basically condradicted themselves and got caught in a lie don't even waste your time with them or the app you'll get no where with them
