NOT AN OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT APP
Baltic72 is an independent, open-source app. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government, ministry, agency, or emergency service. It republishes publicly available open data — see "Data Sources" below.
Baltic72 is a free, offline-first civil safety app for Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland. It helps you prepare for emergencies and access safety information even when mobile networks or power are unavailable. All core features work completely offline — shelter locations, emergency guides, and your checklist are stored on your device.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Shelter & Siren Map — Browse civil protection locations, including collective protection sites, underground shelters, evacuation and assembly points, and warning sirens across the Baltic states and Poland. Sort by distance and filter by type. Works without connectivity.
• Emergency Guides — Clear, step-by-step instructions for air threats, missile threats, radiological or nuclear incidents, and natural hazards. Available offline.
• 72-Hour Kit Checklist — Build and manage your household emergency kit. Progress is stored locally on your device.
• Family Safety Status (End-to-End Encrypted) — Create a private group and share simple statuses such as Safe, Heading to Shelter, In Shelter, or Needs Help. No account, phone number, or email required.
• Optional Alert Notifications — Fully opt-in, configurable by country, and can be disabled at any time.
• Six Languages — Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Polish, English, and Ukrainian.

IMPORTANT — NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE
Baltic72 helps users prepare and access information, but it is not an official warning system or emergency dispatch service. It does not replace official alerts, evacuation orders, or instructions from emergency services and government authorities.
In an emergency, always contact local emergency services. The general emergency number in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland is 112. Always follow current official instructions.
Baltic72 is open source and free to use.
