Unacceptable user experience. A lot of bugs, the booking by points feature prompted me to my browser and tried to download something instead, it opened 70+ browser tabs for no reason. The people behind this application should go to jail for creating an application that works just like a virus.

Can't book tickets at all. Send email to customer help desk , no reply. It's strange. Love to flight with Bamboo, but have to give up, coz can't get help at all.

No response from your customer support, you have interchanged my name in flight ticket, I sent all the details that you have asked for in your mail it's been more than 7 days now and no one have responded to me yet. Now it's going to be a problem with flight, stop doing this and resolve the issue asap. And you won't understand English?? I keep sending messages through messanger and they are replying me stating thank you, have a nice day! Idiotd
