Ratings and reviews

They cancelled the flight and had accomadated us in another flight which was 5 hours later. There was one email updating the changes where the email landed in spam folder which we had missed seeing it. therr wad no other communication (sms,whatsapp,phone call etc ). We ended up reaching Airport 7 hours early and had to waste our time londering. Best to avoid Bamboo Airlines.

update..keep gettign same error referring to No network connection. but all other apps work ok. see screenshot. oh..cant attach Every time I try to log in using password authenticator or enter the correct password it errors with wrong password and I have to reset. Its a terrible app for trying to book on line flights. Which is the reason people go to this app

Giving 1 star as not possible to give 0. Terrible app. Tried for 2 days to rearrange a flight due to a change in travel plans and it just wouldn't update ....ended up having to miss the flight and pay for another. Also tried to email/contact through Facebook and call them and was told each time to use the app. Won't be using this airline again.
