A bit flakey to get logged in, had to use a web browser to verify my email. It's also very nosey and wants a lot of unnecessary permissions and grabs as much data as it can. Glad I'm using a VPN and blocking access at the network level. The ticketing part seems to work and was straightforward. Sure would be nice if it wasn't stuffed to the gills with spyware and tracking.

Received 2 free Braves tickets with the purchase of a Braves Vision subscription. They were put in the MLB Ballpark app, which I installed on my phone. I set up my account but could never get into the app. Every time I'd sign in, I never got past the Get Started page. It kept making me sign in over and over again. Flawed app as I can read reviews of many others who experienced the same problem. Can't understand how anyone would give this awful app more than one star.

App constantly crashes. most of the time it doesn't even open. I have to prepare the app for hours before a game to hopefully allow me to use it when I'm there. they require you to use this app but the app doesn't even work. I have tried to open this app for 3 hours uninstalled and reinstalled and it won't get passed the logo screen. when you do eventually get to the login screen good luck if it actually lets you log in. you do the 2 factor authentication and it just goes back to loading.
