I have unloaded and then reloaded this app multiple times and still having the same issue. There is no way to be able to sign in to my account! When I open the app the only tab available is the Get Started tab. But when you click on it I keep getting an error, "Something went wrong, please verify your credentials and try again." It is very difficult to verify your credentials if you don't even have a window to provide your credentials.

This app is terrible. It took me an hour of trying, uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing data, etc. just to get logged in. The app gets stuck in a login loop, no clue what finally broke the loop. There is no way to add tickets to my Google wallet, so zero confidence I'll actually be able to get into a game. There is no way to add biometric login, so the hundred times I have to log in I have to type my password each time. Lame. If your app is this bad at least make tickets work somehow.

Couldn't log in at first. Stuck on Get Started screen, even though I tried different network settings. I waited a while, and then shortly before the game started I could get in and things were fine. Maybe the backend was down but there was no message or diagnostic info for me to use, so I have no idea. Why is this new, separate app required to get tickets? Even terrible Ticketmaster allows you options to access tickets, like Google Wallet, rather than a single point of failure.
