Customer service is virtually non-existent; despite multiple attempts to call, nobody answers. This level of unresponsiveness is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Reliable communication isn't an optional feature—it is the most basic, bare minimum standard of consumer trust. They are failing at the basics. Fix your support. It's time to retrain your staff and emphasize excellence in customer service. Nonchalance isn't going to cut it.
