UI is buggy and not at all what you'd expect from a bank. For example, if you make a mistake with login ID and go switch from the password field to login field, it just erases all the credentials. Additionally, app will not save login credentials, so you have to fetch your password and type in every time.

App worked great for about a year. Now when I try to log in, a message appears that says an error occurred and to call for assistance. I have called the banks cust service and all they can tell me is that they have experienced some probs with Android phones an they are working on it. That was two months ago and it still doesn't work. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled numerous times and still doesn't work. Useless at this time!!!

The app used to work fine on my phone. I could access my account easily, but then randomly one day, it completely stopped working. Every time I open the app I am greeted by a blank white screen that then force quits about 3 seconds later. I've uninstalled and redownloaded it but that hasn't changed a thing. It came out of no where and wont resolve itself. Luckily, I have it on my iPad as well so I can still use it there. I have no clue why it doesn't work on my phone any more.
