The app requests phone verification way too many times. I could understand if I log on with a new device, but I've been using my phone for a long time and have to deal with the verification almost every time I log in. On a good note, the app is otherwise convenient and easy to use. Changes are shown pretty quickly.

OK, but a couple of items : There isn't a facial recognition password bypass for Android. We only need the 'transfers after 1030' message one time - not every single time we transfer. Sometimes transfers between accounts are not working even after confirming transfers, but is working on iOS. Also, no way to check on check deposits and filter by status (failed, pending, etc) - you now have to go one at a time. This platform sure seems like a leap backwards.

My phone is up to date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I tried logging in on my computer and my work computer and even borrowed someone else's computer to try logging on. I can only access my online banking portal on Microsoft Edge. How are you going to post an app in the Google store that doesn't even work with Google?? I checked my browsers to make sure they were updated. My computer and phone are updated. This is beyond a "turn it off, turn it back on" issue.
