About this app

WashTools is the official programming tool for B&C Technologies FM7 commercial laundry controllers. Designed for chemical supply representatives and laundry service technicians, WashTools replaces manual keypad programming with a guided, structured workflow — reducing errors and saving time in the field.

GUIDED BATH WIZARD
Build complete wash programs step by step. The Bath Wizard walks you through each phase of the wash process — fill type, water level, temperature, agitation profile, chemical dosing, and drain type — and compiles everything into a fully formed program ready to transfer. No keypad sequences to memorize.

FLEXIBLE CHEMICAL DOSING
Configure chemical outputs in parallel (all channels fire simultaneously) or in series (each chemical signal fires individually in your chosen order, with its own dosing time). Drag and drop to reorder the sequence to match your chemical program.

PROGRAM SETS
Organize programs by customer site or machine. Each program set holds up to 30 programs and is saved on your device so your customers' programs are always with you — even without a signal.

BLUETOOTH TRANSFER
Send programs directly to the FM7 controller over Bluetooth in about a minute — no cables or laptop required. You can also read the existing program memory back from a machine, useful for documenting an installation or taking a backup before making changes as well as general editing.

SHARE PROGRAMS WITH COLLEAGUES
Tap the share button to send any program set to a colleague as a file attachment via email, Google Drive, WhatsApp, or any other app. They open it on their phone and it imports automatically — no re-entry needed.

REPLACEMENT CONTROLLER SUPPORT
Commissioning a replacement controller with no model ID programmed? WashTools identifies the machine type from a built-in model list covering the full B&C Technologies range — HE, HP, HX, SP, SI, SA, and SB series — and automatically scales RPM and water level values to match that machine's specifications.

BUILT-IN MACHINE TABLE
RPM and water level values are automatically scaled for every B&C Technologies washer model. No manual table lookups or conversion calculations required.

MAINTENANCE SETTINGS
View machine counters (total programs run, working hours, programs since last service) and adjust controller parameters including temperature regulation, maintenance interval, and language — all from your phone.

PRIVACY
WashTools collects no personal data and makes no external network connections. All program data is stored privately on your device.
