The old app didnt take anywhere near as long to load up. Also the new app lets you login and other times it will crash or say invalid pin. Wish it was never updated
App is bloated, ugly and difficult to navigate. Also can't find where to authorise transactions on joint account transfers.
Idea for an update.. notifications when there is activity on your accout ie deposit of funds or direct debit
B&E have a look at the reviews! Pls fix the app! You have reached the maximum number of characters? I can't use the the app? It's obviously not very clear to anyone what's required to use the app. If it's too costly to fix or make another why bother having it in the first place?
Laughable Apparently I've reached the maximum number of registrations for my account. Guess it's time to change to a modern thinking bank/whatever
Its fixed First i gave this a 5 star,then we had a rough time with it.but I believe its fixed ive had no issues with this app for about 9 months now, so had to change my review.This app is now my primary Internet banking tool.
