Ratings and reviews

Worst Mobile Application. The previous version was quite good and working good compared to the new one. This version of the application doesn't even get logged in to the account and asks for all the permissions to be granted. Even with high-speed internet access, this application doesn't allow me to log in. Even if I enter my M-Pin, it still stays on the same M-Pin page. Kindly resolve these problems with high priority.

The app was good earlier , but now worse ..they have done something to the app which had made the app non responsive...pathetic experience ..for hours the app do not wake up ?? compared to national banks which is much faster than this banks ...something wrong with bandhan, icici, axis they are trying to implement some thing that is screwing up customer happiness what a shame ...keeping our money but don't allow us to access in time of need... wake up before it is late.

I can't even put in words the pain this application is to use. They have made it impossible to choose an appropriate password or mpin to login. No character can be repeated in the password, no two successive numbers can be used in the mpin. Are you guys crazy? How can someone find a password where no character can be repeated while also adhering to other minimum requirements? I have tried to create passwords many times but they end up so complicated that I forget it every time. Just Pathetic.
