Regardless of the bank branch. While commenting on the mobile application. Its a very poor and frustrating experience with the app. Very slow and lagging behind. Poor user interface, also sometimes suddenly logs you out before session expiry time and without any reason. Please do kindly take the critical reviews or else will have to suffer active customer loss. Would have given 0star, if its an option.

App is very slow and non-responsive in terms of basic things like login, checking history, transfer, etc. Many times I had to spend upto an hour just for a fund transfer. If you don't improve, obviously people will move towards other banks which offer better experience, like ICICI and Kotak.

When almost all the banks have activated biometric login ( which is very user friendly, easy and secured) for mobile banking , you being a frontliner not incorporated the same. Moreover , I think you should also agree that auto generated OTP in registered mobile for login is more secured but you have not opted the same. Can I expect that these will implemented soon.
