Ratings and reviews

No way to setup Upi! App is very slow and non-responsive in terms of basic things like login, checking history, transfer, etc. Many times I had to spend upto an hour just for a fund transfer. If you don't improve, obviously people will move towards other banks which offer better experience, like ICICI and Kotak.

After updating letest version application does not working properly. White screen doesn't change for a minute. Then error shows. Previous version are quite good. What kind of update is this. If after updating application, we are facing so many problems. Horrible experience in last few days. Please fixed this issue as soon as possible. Thank You.

After the latest update,it has become all the more slow & there is lot of lagging. It keeps on buffering & login has become very difficult. After trying for many times,(which is a wastage of time) If at all I am successful to login but then it gets stuck again. Even in login, the option of fingerprint/face id has vanished all of a sudden though I have registered it. I think your server is not being able to support the latest version of the application.
