I can't even put in words the pain this application is to use. They have made it impossible to choose an appropriate password or mpin to login. No character can be repeated in the password, no two successive numbers can be used in the mpin. Are you guys crazy? How can someone find a password where no character can be repeated while also adhering to other minimum requirements? I have tried to create passwords many times but they end up so complicated that I forget it every time. Just Pathetic.

It's a hopeless App full of bugs. Tried opening an FD - the Submit button takes you to a disclaimer page with an OK button - you click OK and it takes you back to the same page. It's been over 5 years I have been hoping for this App to be glitchfree. It's always one or the other problem.. P.S; I tried to post this in the Feedback form in the App. The OK button on that form doesn't go anywhere as well...keep on clicking, you can't fill a feedback form. Hence the review here.

After the latest update,it has become all the more slow & there is lot of lagging. It keeps on buffering & login has become very difficult. After trying for many times,(which is a wastage of time) If at all I am successful to login but then it gets stuck again. Even in login, the option of fingerprint/face id has vanished all of a sudden though I have registered it. I think your server is not being able to support the latest version of the application.
