Your mobile banking app registration is very difficult and unnecessary options compare other bank. No biometric option , No virtual card and No UPI Option, Confusing with two apps , I can say your service is not customer friendly . even small finance banks also giving these options . need many updates for improvement.

I feel the old app was more seamless. Whenever I'm trying to get my phone registered in this app with the option of "personal details" as I don't have any Bandhan Bank DC or CC, it says unable to proceed at the moment, please try again later. So I don't know what the purpose of this never ending loop is. FRUSTRATED Experience!!!

In the new updated app, I'm facing an issue with the **Know Your Customer ID** option. The mobile number field is disabled, so I'm unable to enter my mobile number to retrieve my customer ID. This new update is very disappointing. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.
