Sheikh Bandar Balila was born in Mecca in the year 1395 AH, corresponding to the year 1975 AD. He studied in Mecca at all stages of his life, then graduated from Umm Al-Qura University and obtained a master’s degree in jurisprudence from the College of Sharia and Islamic Studies in the year 1422 AH. Then he obtained a doctorate from the Islamic University of Medina in jurisprudence from College of Sharia in the year 1429 AH. The Noble Qur’an by Sheikh Band Balila without Net.
