Are you wondering whether to start your dishwasher now or set a timer for a few hours later? Then this app is for you!

The complete, current electricity price for a specific geographic supply region in Denmark—including the spot price, taxes, VAT, and transport costs via your local grid company.

If the user chooses to use the "Find Automatically" feature, their current location is used to estimate a postal code, allowing the app to guess their electricity transport provider in Denmark. The most accurate location is achieved by granting the app access to your approximate location, but alternatively, your IP address is used to place you on the map of Denmark. You can always manually change this if you have better information.

There is no user registration, login, token copying, or functionality requiring "dangerous permissions" from the user. If desired, the app can guess the correct tariff area using your location, but this is not required to use the app.

Spot prices are fetched live from https://www.energidataservice.dk, which provides an official web service for this purpose in Denmark.
