I change phone. I try to log in but can't. Change password also not help. Wait for 5 minutes or 2 days.Enter phone no. , I saw my no. account but password not correct.

Unable to log in. Keeps asking to set password

This app just impossible to use. It super slow and it keep telling me that I have 0 points even I have 500. I can see my points in Line and even in the app, but when I'm trying to exchange them the app says I have 0. Same results via Line menu and on the website. I moved to Bangchak from Esso but the app here just inappropriate to use.
