Mixed experience. It's a cool app with good features and all, but it lacks key information for the bank's customers. For instance, past month I made a voluntary advanced payment to my car loan by using the money on my deposit account; all went well and I paid it, but the app failed to warn me that the payment I made was going to be applied to September, instead of being considered as an advanced payment for October. Doesn't even show a whole statement of my loan. I have to still go to the bank.

Used this app for about 4 months with no problem. I moved and got a new service and not it will not connect. Say's my info is incorrect when it is right. Sat at the bank with help, she was able to open my bank info on her phone and not on mine, Informed me it was my phone. However it couldn't be the phone since it worked for 4 months. Very frustrated , nothing I try has worked. Have been on the help desk numerous times and in the bank for help. App does not work. Period.
