The app and the website crash constantly, it constantly says "we are unable to validate your information," and there's no communication as to why or for how long. You cant even ask why because customer support ends so early. When I go to reset my password to see if that will fix it, the "security questions" don't even show up, Its just a blank page. Or just straight up doesnt let me.

I no longer live local to BOTR, but decided to keep my account. I like that they offer the app to make check deposits. It's very easy to use and I have had no issues using the app. I'm not sure why other reviewers seem to have issues (particular phone or provider?), but I have never had the app crash or not allow me to login.

may 2025: the app used to work great now it just has a pop up saying the app doesn't allow the use of debugging mode. I don't even know what that is. I've tried to change some settings and un/reinstall the app but it's useless to me now... update: its now August 2025 and still showing the same error code. app says it is compatible with my phone but won't even let me attempt to login.
