I no longer live local to BOTR, but decided to keep my account. I like that they offer the app to make check deposits. It's very easy to use and I have had no issues using the app. I'm not sure why other reviewers seem to have issues (particular phone or provider?), but I have never had the app crash or not allow me to login.

Quit working for all of my Android phones. Receives the "auto click" error everyone else with Androids have been having. I called support and they were NO help. Said it was an app I have installed or the phone has "auto click" enabled. None of this is true, I have none of these apps or the accessibility enabled. I've tried multiple phones. Been a long time member of BTR and now about ready to move because they seem to have no interest in fixing the issue.

It has recently started crashing. I have had to uninstall it twice in the last couple weeks. When I would try and open the app it gives an error message and won't let you do anything. I have un-installed it and reinstalled 3 times this past month because there is an error message when I click on the app.
