Very disappointing experience. The app had technical glitches during Video KYC, forcing me to complete it twice. Even after three days, I received no email or SMS update about the status. I only discovered that my KYC was rejected after checking the app myself. Customer support said it was rejected because my PAN card photo is 7–8 years old, even though I've never faced this issue with any other bank or credit card. Not recommended if your PAN card has an older photo.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with BankBazaar. Every time I applied for a credit card through your platform, my application was rejected. However, when I applied directly, I was approved for three different credit cards. Your service is completely unreliable. Do not contact me via call, SMS, or email in the future. I only downloaded your app to share this feedback; I did not even log in to such a poor application."

I was repeatedly called and informed that I had received a credit card offer and that the card would be issued to me. Even the video KYC was successful, yet the card was subsequently rejected. During the video KYC, they collected my PAN details and signature—they are engaging in this kind of fraud. If they intended to reject the application, why did they extend the offer in the first place? They have saved my details, and now I feel unsafe.
