Changhua Bank's online account opening APP provides you with 24-hour application for digital deposit accounts and account upgrades.



Eligibility:
Only those who are citizens of the Republic of China, are over 7 years old, hold a national identity card of their country, and do not have the status of a U.S. taxpayer.

Open an account easily in 4 simple steps

Step 1: Read and agree to the terms of the agreement
Step 2: Use "Personal Internet Banking and Mobile Guard Verification" or "Account Information from Other Banks" for identity verification
Step 3: Upload or take the original color image of the "front/back side of the National Identity Card" and the "secondary ID", and fill in the basic account opening information
Step 4: Submit account opening application materials

＜Account Upgrade＞
If you already have a Changhua Bank digital account, you can go to the e-caishao online account opening system, verify it with your natural person certificate, and use this APP for video chat to quickly complete the account upgrade.
