My ONLY Complaint: The biggest problem is when I attempt to do a mobile deposit. It constantly crashes when I try to take the picture of the check. It is very frustrating. I've tried to delete the app and then install it a again and that doesn't work either.

After recent update, activity in account is only the most recent 4 weeks. To go back further, you have to use a Search function, which means you have to know what you're looking for, precisely. This sucks. It's my money, why can't i view what i did with it 5 weeks ago?? I'd understand limiting it to 6 months. But this is a crazy limitation. Please change it back.

I live in Connecticut. For me this app & Bank are great in so many ways. No need to travel to deposit a check, take a pic and its deposited. Pay my Bill's on line. Set up for same day every month or go in and change it. If you want to just see your balance, you can do it without logging in for a glimpse & last transactions. I like this bank. Agawam has a very friendly & helpfully knowledgeable staff. Thanks. I am just a nobody.
