I have been a customer for over a decade. Part of what I have loved about this bank is the mobile banking accessibility. I can no longer even login to my app without it crashing and it's been several weeks. When will this be fixed? Update: I called and was told that there was an update for Android users that was sent today (not accurate - app shows last update was June 2023). Still waiting.

Recent update broke being able to deposite mobile checks. Keeps trying to take picture and once you do it logs you out the app and forces you to log in, resetting the progress. Very frustrating. Edit again 6/17/2023: the app had a update which made me get my hopes up that the issue would be resolved, I was mistaken. Still having the same problem and it's been over a month. Incredibly Disappointing.

My ONLY Complaint: The biggest problem is when I attempt to do a mobile deposit. It constantly crashes when I try to take the picture of the check. It is very frustrating. I've tried to delete the app and then install it a again and that doesn't work either.
