I have had an account here back before it was bankfirst and I have only had one problem with them and it was my fault. I used up the 1000 overdraft protection and couldnt pay it back right away.But they gave me a chance to make it right I dont know about you ,but thats the kinda bank I want to have

I love this app,and where the app gets confusing the ladies at my local branch are always willing to help!!! and I love 24 7 365 deposit at any Bank first drive through

Bankfirst is my favorite, they are always there for me when I need them. They have gone beyond to hope me with whatever I needed. when I go in the door they are always happy and say good morning ,they are family!!!!!
