It seems to me to have more features and I think better lay out. I didn't want to get use to new update the only problem I have had is when I had to install this one and had to call customer service. I think app is fine jeeos me from calling the actual bank or going to the bank less. I think the people that work in the bank are awesome as well..they are always very friendly and willing to help me anytime I have questions or issues

I can't install it. I'm not sure who to reach out to. But I've restarted my phone and was stuck at 98 percent. Before that it would be 50, 80 percent, etc. I tried downloading a different app (to see if I couldn't download any app at all) and it install perfectly. So yes something wrong with this app, but I'll keep trying.

Cannot even get into this app. Keeps saying "Network Connectivity Error server cannot be reached at this time". Called twice to figure it out and the techs cannot even get it to work😠 So frustrated right now😠😠😠.
