Ratings and reviews

Ever since the update, I can't click anything(except the upgrade option) without the app closing. If I click to view account details, card info, profile info, the app closes completely, no error given. Yes, I've cleared cache and force stopped the app multiple times. Did nothing. In fact, the first time the issue happened, the app asked me to clear cache to proceed(strange) and has glitching ever since. What good is having an app that doesn't work correctly? Going into a browser is tedious.

When I first got my card and account about 2 years ago; everything worked flawlessly. Fast forward to 2025; now the app has a bug that does following. "Crash Closes the App" When I tap the profile icon! "Crash Closes the App" When I attempt to view balance! CRASH CLOSES THE APP IF I TRY TO DO ANYTHING! Being a lover of music, before I even knew what artists were being advertised with this style of banking. I had an account, now it's just raising eyebrows as to why there are so many malfunctions?

App works fine and getting paid 2 days early in convenient aside form the payments coming later in the day, but... biometrics doesn't work well/at all. Also my card doesn't work properly sometimes. Not sure what that's about but seems like it would be a problem in the future. I would like to continue with GW but my trust with my money in this "bank" is depleting over time. I'll give it time since it is a new system though.
