Had two bad fraud alerts on an account and when they went in to check the issue I couldn't see scheduled payments on the account anymore. Bank said they couldn't do anything about it so I kept having to call them to undo the transactions I could no longer see or control and they wouldn't show me a list of the upcoming transfers so it was a guessing game when I'd suddenly lose money. Lost out on buying gifts for my family for the holidays, and bank's response? oh well š¤·āāļø worst bank/app ever

5/27/24: updated to the most recent version recently and for the past week I have not been able to use it! opens fine but never routes to the log in page. tried clearing cache & history, uninstalled, reinstalled, used mobile data and wifi...nothing! This version of the app does not hold up to the expectations I had from the last version. I am not a fan of the new way of making loan payments and wish the old app was still available.

The app does shut down alot, over weekends especially. The fingerprint and password screen always has problems and doesn't work. You used to be able to see the "holds" on your account, and now it doesn't allow you to see them as there is a glitch on the app. I tried clearing cache and checking for updates, but there are none. Faulty app.
