Recently just says "Loading" for a really long time on each screen - sign on, list of accounts, and getting into individual accounts. By the time you even get a chance to click on an account to look at it individually, it times out and you have to start all over. Extremely frustrating. I have tried restarting my phone and even uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Unable to do last-minute transfers or anything useful at all at this point. :-(

Terrible. Both the website (the old AND the new one) are awful. It will break, prevent you from logging in with no notification that attempts have been failed, and then customer service charge you an additional "convenience fee" to make your payment over the phone. Not only that, but they've also hidden the option to transfer funds from an external bank to make your monthly payments without assessing an additional fee.

The app is really basic. For some reason it has an option to "hide accounts" on the app. I have no idea what purpose this serves except to royally frustrate someone. Because, of course, there is no option to get your accounts to show up again if you happen to accidentally press the "hide account" option. I uninstalled and redownloaded and nothing fixed it.
