I loved this app until a couple of weeks ago. I can still transfer funds between accounts but it now freezes when scrolling through account history getting constant msg that the app is not responding. I look back through my checking history each month to see where my money is getting spent and then plan next month's budget. So now it feels mostly useless except for checking balances. Also, can't view anything pending, won't stay open to read or overlays text so it's unreadable.

The app is really basic. For some reason it has an option to "hide accounts" on the app. I have no idea what purpose this serves except to royally frustrate someone. Because, of course, there is no option to get your accounts to show up again if you happen to accidentally press the "hide account" option. I uninstalled and redownloaded and nothing fixed it.

Terrible. Both the website (the old AND the new one) are awful. It will break, prevent you from logging in with no notification that attempts have been failed, and then customer service charge you an additional "convenience fee" to make your payment over the phone. Not only that, but they've also hidden the option to transfer funds from an external bank to make your monthly payments without assessing an additional fee.
