Directions needs a better app. After it got another bug today, I uninstalled it again and permanently this time. I do not want to risk getting hacked/my information compromised. I will now just check my banking from the web. These apps aren't reliable and put us at risk. If it's going to keep crashing on me, I'm not going to use it. Edit: Months later, this app is still buggy as heck and crashes. Clearing cache and all that does not work. I'm tired of this app

UPDATE: Still randomly locks out and requires me to reset my password online for no reason. now I can't find how to even login online without this app, so I'm at the point where I'd want to switch banks. Customer service was not helpful

Used to love this app but the past several weeks it's been locking me out saying that my username and password are wrong even if I just reset them. It's gotten so bad that I've over drawn on my account because I can't get in. I tried calling the bank and they can reset my password which worked for a day before I got locked out again. So incredibly frustrating.
