Ratings and reviews

A good place to do your banking. They've had some communication of problems a couple of times over the last year but otherwise they're great to work with. A year ago they put in a new software system over the New Year's holiday and it took almost a week to get functioning again. It became a "Wonderful Life" week. Then this year a problem related to Android phones wouldn't let you login to check your balances for a day or two. Otherwise they've been great!

What's the point? Shows your balance in a pretty dashboard (weekly spend doesn't update real time), thats about it. Have to reset all your alerts. Still no Plaid for ACH transfers. No way to transfer funds to CDs or other investment options. Guess you can request a loan if you want, useless for me. And who cares about "real time credit score"? Seriously? That and 5 bucks gets me a Starbucks. Wish FCCU spent whatever $$ on this upgrade to actually improve useful services.

Used it for couple of seconds and liking the new app, would be nice if it had a dark mode option in the settings so I'm not blasting my eyes in the dark with super bright white light. Edit:10/19/23: has a bug that will tell me to clear my app cache and then will not open on my Samsung s21+5g fully updated and Google software fully updated.
