I gave the previous app 1 star. I'm upgrading this too 2 stars. It and the web sight are esthetically more pleasing, it still functions in the same way and is still a couple generations behind other banking apps. Adding finger print log making it easier to navigate help. They didn't add Zelle, Credit cards are still managed seperately, even though checks have a box on back to check for mobile deposit you still have to write it out.

Crashes and crashes...then it crashes again. Came here to find some answers and come to find out many members have been experiencing the same thing for months. Left them a message to call me and hope they do because Glass City FCU is on my last nerve with other problems I have had. If they don't care about the problems I and other members are having, it's time to find a credit union that does. Makes me sad because I have been with them for decades but this is unacceptable.

Terrible app. Tried to reset my password even though I had just set it when registering. It emailed me a code. It denied the code multiple times before locking me out entirely. It directed me to call a phone number to a branch office. Waited on hold for 20 minutes. Tried to leave a message by pressing "2" like the recording said. Didn't work. Completely terrible. I can't check my accounts or pay my credit card
