Poor app, constantly having issues. Update, app sucks 11/17/22. Wish I could post the screenshot of the oops something went wrong. Seen it too often. This is a review of the app, not bank. Still not sure with the new changes.

Been with Lookout since Cleaaaar back when it was still ISU.. Wouldn't go anywhere else. they have ALWAYS been helpful, courteous, respectful, and professional...🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗

I've been with Lookout CU (previously ISU CU) for about 18 years and LOVE them!!! I've had experiences with atleast 5 other financial institutions and Lookout CU is BY FAR THE BEST for customer service & financial options that fit our needs. I have been so thankful for their help & appreciate their professionalism. I just wish they had a location in Chubbuck again.
