Ratings and reviews

The lastest update make it impossible to remote deposit checks. It used to work flawlessly but now it always says that the amount entered is not the same as detected on the check. It's rejected multiple check from several different places in this manner and I always have to go in to a branch to get it done. Once it's fixed, I'll change my rating.

App absolutely sucks compared to the last one💔 Honestly it's so frustrating that nothing seems to work & I constantly get locked out of my account because "Something went Wrong"😡🤬 during the login.. I seem to get that error message more often than not🙄 (& I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app like 30 times in the hopes of having less problems 😩) What good is a banking app if none of the features ever work!?😭😭😭

The app and website go down CONSTANTLY, and I can't log in (its rither errors or perpetual loading screens). The app also logs me out frequently, and I can't log back in without calling the bank. Did not have these issues until after the switch from Isucu to lookout.
