I usually don't rate apps, no matter how bad, but this app—along with Mobility's entire digital experience—is unbelievable. I have to sort out a missed payment on a credit card that I've created automatic payments for several times. Account management through Mobility has been a headache for years but this was the last straw for me. They need to ditch the lowest-bid dev company they're paying to redesign one screen's UI every couple of years and calling it a "better experience" each time.

The app keeps closing. I can't get in to make my payment or find my balance or even set up a direct deposit so I can make additional principal payments which also seems to be a huge runaround route that I've never experienced before. I'll be happy to change it to a five star if I can ever get into the darn thing.

The earlier app was working as expected. Today it crashed, forcing uninstall and reinstall. New version of the app might as well be view only. Mobile banking is gone. We tried on Android and iPhone. I'm sitting here with a check to deposit and the nearest branch is 200 miles away.
