Can't transfer to and from other banks anymore. Zelle is broken. App is slow and crashes. The phone customer service is helpless. This credit union had finally gotten it's act together about 2 years ago when it finally enabled online banking transfers, but it has since become hot garbage again after changing to Peake. Credit unions are supposed to be safe and easy. Peake is difficult and does not build any confidence about safety. Their rates are bad and they have no perks.

Terrible. How can a national credit union app be so much worse than when it was a local employee credit union? Mobile deposits are unnecessarily difficult. The app kick you out.

not dependable. most days the app won't connect when you open it. I've already made sure it was updated. as I type this now, it says "Oops something went wrong." never had these issues with the old app.
