Honestly it's a unique online banking platform, it has weird quirks though but overall an improvement from the prior one. I'd like to see the following changes (in this order) - Name and phone removed from banner. Checks and transfers to not disappear after initiated--while waiting to post. Show under pending? External transfers to have actual names of accounts instead of "Primis Bank Online Transfer". This is odd. Zelle added, 2FA added. Ability to link accounts with ACH trial deposits.

Everything is more difficult and requires more steps since they redid the app. A simple transfer from my checking to savings now requires 6 separate steps. I've always had trouble with mobile deposit with Primis rejecting my checks. Now they have a ridiculous 6-part checklist that you have to agree to before they will let you even start a mobile a deposit. I will just deposit my checks with a competitor.

I absolutely love this bank and their app. this app is easy to use. you have all the features of a modem banking app
