Functional. Worst thing about it is that it doesn't give you any indication that your mobile deposit was "received"... doesn't show it in pending transactions. It takes days for a check to clear and I'm often sitting here for those days wondering if my photos went thru, if the images were OK or not... Very annoying and it shouldn't be that difficult for a bank to show me a pending deposit when they excel at showing me pending charges.

I had downloaded app in November 20...I have had my account with this financial institution for over forty years... I couldn't log into my account in Jan 21...no options for solving the issue online since the app stated my contact info was missing...ie my email address and telephone number I checked my account online via my laptop.... information was there and correct. App still wouldn't work...so I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall thinking perhaps that might solve the issue.Not happening

First time depositing. So easy to do; no longer have to drive to make a deposit or put it in the mail.... Love this....
