Ratings and reviews

The ability to complete a remote deposit was fine until they changed it. I have made calls to have it fixed but clearly it hasn't for months. The pictures get flipped after taking them and it's too exhausting trying to line a check up over and over just to have it captured right then told it too blurry, etc. Please fix this, not everyone can get to the bank during open hours or just in general.

I really like the app and it makes banking easier. However I would very much like to see purchases coming from my credit card. It says a number on hold but does not show my history. And it takes forever for the balance to even out from purchases and payments so I don't really know how much I actually have. It's annoying. Other than that the app is good.

Unreliable. Cannot get my information when needed. Uninstalled/ reinstalled. Worked the first time. Not the second. Should not have been a first time. Thinking of changing to a bank for my financial needs. That would be a shame but this is ridiculous. And then when I do call during business hours, I've had wait times as much as 25 minutes. Average wait time is about 15-20.
